Darling Downs Health is seeking a Pharmacist to deliver evidence-based medication management and contribute to safer, higher quality patient care. You will collaborate with medical, nursing and allied health teams to support treatment decisions and patient safety.

In this role you will mentor, educate and share knowledge while pursuing continuous qualified growth in a supportive, compassionate setting. A postgraduate qualification and research experience are advantageous.
