Elysium Manly is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead the service team and ensure luxury standards in a premier beachside setting. You will oversee daily operations, maintain menu knowledge, and coach staff to deliver personalised guest experiences.

RSA certified, with at least 2 years in F&B; and supervisory experience; Opera Cloud knowledge is a plus. Adaptable rostering including evenings, weekends and public holidays; Australian working rights are essential.
