Haileybury in Melbourne is seeking an HR Manager to lead the HR team. This is a Full time, Ongoing (1.0 FTE) role commencing in November 2026, reporting to the Director of HR and Business Planning. You will drive operational HR delivery across the employee lifecycle, systems and practices.

You will advance HR systems and policies, partner with Payroll on wage interpretation, and provide expert employee relations guidance. A hybrid work model is offered with in office facilities.
