Creating Links is a not-for-profit organisation delivering disability services, foster care, child & family services and financial wellbeing in South-West Sydney and Greater Sydney. We are recruiting a Carer Support Worker to support foster carers within the Permanency Support Program (PSP) with authorisation, training and ongoing coaching.

You will conduct carer assessments, deliver training, support carers through transitions and assist with ensuring safety and compliance across placements.
