The Donald Project is seeking a Construction Health and Safety Superintendent to lead health and safety across the Donald Rare Earth and Mineral Sands Project in western Victoria. The role spans from early works to commissioning, owning the safety plan and driving critical risk controls on site.
You will partner with project leadership, regulators, and contractors to deliver robust safety outcomes, coach leaders, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining a hands-on, field-based approach.
