PRO Radiology is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Radiology Administration & Client Services Officer to join our friendly Operations team. This is a wide-ranging and fast-paced role where you'll work closely with our radiologists, clients and Operations team.

Key responsibilities
Coordinating radiology reporting workflows and study allocation
Supporting clients and radiologists
Monitoring report turnaround times and urgent reporting priorities
Verifying and distributing radiology reports
Medicare billing, invoicing, batching and receipting
General administration and operational support

About you
Previous radiology administration experience
Medicare billing and MBS knowledge – essential
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Solid attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
A positive attitude and willingness to support the team
