BOQ Group is seeking a Remediation Manager to lead end-to-end customer remediation programs on a 12-month contract. You will guide initiatives from identification through to customer payments, regulatory closure and embedding lessons learned in a cooperative, outcomes-focused setting.

You will partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Technology, Data & Analytics and Product to design remediation solutions that meet regulatory expectations while keeping customers first.
