An opportunity is available for an experienced Sales Administrator to provide dedicated support to an established residential sales agent operating within Haven Property. We're seeking a highly organised, proactive professional who can independently manage sales administration, marketing coordination and client care.

Key responsibilities
Coordinating new property listings, photography, floor plans and marketing campaigns
Preparing Form 6 appointments, contracts and sales documentation
Managing property advertising across realestate.com.au, Domain and other platforms
Preparing weekly vendor reports and campaign updates
Maintaining accurate CRM records and compliance documentation
Liaising with vendors, solicitors, photographers and suppliers
Monitoring contract conditions, key dates and settlement milestones
Organising settlement gifts and client appreciation initiatives
Coordinating post-settlement anniversary communications and client relationship campaigns
Providing proactive day-to-day administrative support

About you
Previous experience in real estate sales administration is essential




Sound knowledge of Queensland residential sales processes and documentation
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
Confidence using CRM systems and property marketing platforms
Skilled, proactive and solutions-focused approach
A collaborative mindset and genuine commitment to client service
Experience with Reapit, Realworks, REIQ documentation and Canva will be highly regarded
