Looking for a career that's all about people, pace and making things happen?

At Direct Personnel, we specialise in industrial recruitment and labour hire, connecting businesses with the people they need to get the job done.

Our Gold Coast branch is growing, and we're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join us.

We're a busy, hands-on business where no two days are quite the same. We work hard, move quickly and have a laugh along the way. There's plenty to learn, plenty to do and plenty of opportunity to grow.

What You'll Be Doing:
Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates for industrial and labour hire roles
Advertising vacancies, conducting reference checks and coordinating placements
Managing candidate onboarding, documentation and compliance requirements
Providing ongoing support and communication to candidates, workers and clients
Conducting regular site visits to support clients with day-to-day workforce requirements
Keeping recruitment records and systems up to date

What We're Looking For:
Experience in customer service or another people-focused role

Confidence picking up the phone and having a conversation
Solid attention to detail and valuable organisational skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
The ability to manage competing priorities and follow things through
Positive computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office
A team-first attitude and willingness to get involved
A current Driver's Licence
Full Australian working rights

Previous recruitment experience is highly regarded, but not essential.

What's On Offer
Competitive base salary + superannuation
Full training and ongoing support from an experienced team
A genuine opportunity to build a career in recruitment
A workplace where initiative, hard work and good ideas are valued

At Direct Personnel, we take pride in doing things properly, looking after our workers and delivering on what we promise to our clients.

At Direct Personnel, we value diversity and inclusion and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
