As a Maintenance Supervisor you will lead two technicians on site and be expected to have an Electrical License.

Here is a snapshot of your day:
Responsible for the engineering technician and ensure statutory compliance and both planned/reactive maintenance delivery for the site.
Ensure that SLAs and KPIs are achieved for operational delivery for both Reactive and Planned Maintenance activities.
Management of the supply chain including sub-contractors and suppliers.
Provide technical and operational support to the engineering team




Support the Site FM, as needed for the site location.
Provide outside of normal hours support in the case of call out/escalation as part of an on-call roster
Generation of extra works through site walk arounds and communication with sub contractors
Ensuring QHSE documentation is maintained and readily available.

Ideal Candidate:
Candidate must have an Electrical license.
Solid understanding and experience of a technical discipline (trade qualified) with experience in maintaining FCU's/VAV's
Demonstrable experience in a similar customer facing role with medium sized business.
Previous experience of using a CMMS or CAFM system.
Solid organisational and communication skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
