Augment Talent in Sydney is seeking a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Lead to build our CRM from the ground up, owning HubSpot, creating automated journeys and using data and personalisation to convert prospects into loyal customers.

You'll shape the strategy, do the building from day one, and work across Marketing, Product, Technology and Customer Success to improve engagement and lifetime value. 8+ years in marketing and 3+ years HubSpot are preferred.
