Reference checking
Candidate management
Face to face interviews and registration of candidates
Mobilisation of candidates

Applicants must demonstrate:
Excellent computer skills,



with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work in high pressure situations and to work in a team or autonomously
A high level of initiative and a keenness to learn and adapt to changing situations
Excellent interpersonal skills and be a very confident communicator.
Sound verbal and written communication skills including positive telephone skills
A valuable understanding of blue collar tickets and licenses and the requirements of the warehouse, manufacturing & civil construction sector would be desirable.
