Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Customer Service Team for a 12 month fixed term contract. Based in our busy Australian head office located in Sydney CBD, this role offers an exciting prospect to join our team.
This position will work across the customer service department on various tasks/duties to achieve greater efficiencies while operating within company guidelines and with a customer focus.
Accurately and professionally process customer requests, in an effective and timely manner within the customer service team.
Participate in all areas of Export and Import Cargo bookings, documentation and container release tasks.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assist in resolving enquiries for both internal and external customers in a timely and
