You'll be the first conversation a customer has about getting solar at no upfront cost, and an electricity bill up to 40% lower than market. This is a product-led sale; no pressure closes, no door-knocking. Your role is removing friction, answering credibility questions clearly, and guiding households into a free trial that proves the savings before they sign anything.

Key responsibilities
Handle inbound enquiries and explain how the model works
Qualify leads quickly and validate bills with minimal customer effort
Guide customers into an accepted trial and keep the pipeline moving
Feed customer insight back into Growth and Product to shape targeting and education

About you
3+ years in phone-based sales, inside sales or contact centre roles
Solid communication,



natural curiosity and disciplined follow-up
Ability to explain an unfamiliar commercial model in transparent, honest language
Resilience across high conversation volume and interest in renewable energy
Experience working in a start-up or early-stage setting, where process evolves and you help shape it
