Bayside City Council is seeking a Volunteer Programs Lead to coordinate and enhance Council’s volunteer initiatives across the Community Wellbeing team. The role works with Bayside’s volunteer organisations to strengthen community participation and resilience.
You will oversee recruitment, training, retention and recognition of volunteers, and foster relationships with internal departments and external organisations. Hybrid/remote options apply, with adaptable working arrangements.
