Portland District Health is seeking a suitably qualified Registered Nurse to join the Nursing team as Project Officer for the Planned Surgery Improvement project. The role focuses on ESIS readiness, data reporting, and achieving equitable access and timely treatment in line with the Victorian Planned Surgery Reform Blueprint.

You will lead service redesign, engage stakeholders, and ensure patients are prepared for surgery and appropriately discharged.
