ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
Proven ability to manage a high-volume bar.




Capacity to work in a team setting while leading from the front.
Broad bar management experience, equipment maintenance and rostering.
Roster management working within budget
Hands on role to lead from the front
Ability to train and develop staff to ensure a consistently amazing customer experience whilst developing your team.
High level of presentation and a keen eye for detail .
Current RSA, RMLV & Approved Managers license.
Whilst the bar will be your focus you will also need to be able to manage the shift with full accountability. You will need to be available to work weekends.
