The North West Hospital and Health Service invites applications for a Clinical Nurse in the School Based Youth Health Nurse team. You will work across North West Queensland schools to support students with early intervention, health promotion and compassionate, student-centred care.

You will build trusted relationships with students, families and school staff, deliver clinical assessments, manage health care needs, and contribute to healthier futures in rural and remote communities.
