The role oversees nursing leadership during evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays, ensuring secure, responsive, recovery-oriented care across inpatient and community settings.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage rostering resources, and drive clinical governance and quality improvement in a major health district.
