Queensland Government seeks a Lead Neonatal Services qualified to provide visible clinical leadership for a Level 4 neonatal unit in Central Queensland. You will support a dedicated nursing team, drive best-practice care, and contribute to governance and education across the unit.

You will mentor staff, lead service improvement, and manage rostering, data analysis, and resource planning to ensure protected, patient-centred care in a busy maternity workplace across Rockhampton region.
