Smart Energy Pte Ltd in Australia seeks an Inbound Sales Manager to build and lead our home electrification phone sales team from the ground up. You will recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team, establish processes, and drive solid lead conversion for Google/Meta inquiries.

You'll own sales targets, monitor metrics, and collaborate with marketing to optimize digital campaigns. Based in Byron Bay or the Gold Coast, with onboarding at the Byron Bay office for six–eight weeks.
