Cater Care is seeking a hands-on Duty Manager at Newcastle Airport to lead our team across outlets, keep service flowing and switch between customer service, kitchen, coffee and beverage as the shift demands.

You will coordinate daily operations, drive service standards, and support training while upholding food safety and presentation. This permanent full time role offers 38 hours per week and prospects for leadership development.
