Hyatt Regency Sydney is seeking an experienced Full-Time Bar Team Leader for the Lobby Lounge in the heart of the city. You will lead the bar team, coach staff, and work closely with the Bar Manager to deliver excellent guest experiences while managing costs and profitability.

The ideal candidate brings solid cocktail knowledge, a passion for service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hotel workplace. Full working rights in Australia and a adaptable night/weekend roster are required.
