grow with you is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a group of SIL homes in Recent South Wales. You will manage Residential Care Team Leads, Support Workers and a SIL Administrator, ensuring high-quality support and smooth day-to-day operations.

You’ll spend substantial time in the houses, so a current driver’s licence and vehicle are essential. The role focuses on participant independence, community participation and compliant, person-centred care across multiple homes.
