Glascott is looking for a hands‑on Team Leader to run our friendly, high‑performing crew across Melbourne’s inner northern suburbs.

What you’ll do
Lead, coach and motivate a small team of Grounds Staff
Be the go‑to contact for clients and build strong, lasting relationships
Plan and deliver works on time, on budget and to a high standard
Get stuck in yourself, including ride‑on mowing, mulching, pruning, hedging and weeding
Spot and manage pests and diseases
Operate, care for and maintain machinery and equipment

What you’ll bring
Experience leading an engaged, motivated team
A robust customer‑service mindset and clear, confident communication
Horticulture qualification (highly regarded)
