What you’ll do
Gather information to develop an accurate understanding of customer Network technology
Contribute to the creation of an appropriate technical solution to meet customer requirements
Maintain valuable communications with customers and partners
Advance opportunities effectively
Actively support the account team with product advice,



proposal support, presentations, and other customer communications
Engage appropriate additional technical resources as needed
