Support the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of exhibitions, roadshows, product launches, installer training sessions, webinars, and customer events.
Coordinate event schedules, venues, registrations, logistics, equipment, promotional materials, and in office arrangements.
Assist with exhibition booth planning, setup, dismantling, and in office event management to ensure smooth delivery.
Manage event timelines, checklists, and operational details to ensure activities are delivered on time and within budget.
Work closely with distributors, installers, and channel partners to organise joint marketing activities, product demonstrations, training sessions, and promotional events.
Collaborate with the Sales and Technical teams to coordinate event requirements, product presentations, demonstrations, and attendee engagement.
Maintain effective communication with channel partners and external stakeholders throughout event planning and execution.
Liaise with event organisers, venues, booth contractors, designers, printers, logistics providers, and other external suppliers.
Coordinate the production and delivery of event materials, including brochures, banners, displays, giveaways,



promotional merchandise, and branded assets.
Obtain supplier quotations, track event expenses, and support budget management.
Ensure all event materials and in office presentations are consistent with AlphaESS brand guidelines.
Support event promotion through email invitations, social media announcements, partner communications, and other marketing channels.
Coordinate event registrations, attendee lists, and customer communications before and after events.
Work with the Sales team to capture, organise, and follow up on event-generated leads.
Assist in preparing post-event reports covering attendance, leads, expenses, feedback, and event performance.
General Marketing Support
Assist with local marketing campaigns, product promotions, and brand awareness initiatives as required.
Support the coordination of marketing assets and promotional content for sales and channel activities.
Monitor relevant industry events and identify opportunities for AlphaESS to increase brand exposure and market engagement.
