You will appear in the Children's Court and in related jurisdictions, such as VCAT, and travel to various locations as required.
You will work with a CPLO legal team, proactively managing litigation files under supervision, maintaining client liaison, and delivering well-reasoned legal advice, briefs, and correspondence.
