Accor Apartments & Realty is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team and ensure facilities operate safely and efficiently. You will manage resources, coordinate preventative maintenance, and respond to emergencies to minimise downtime.

Key responsibilities include implementing a service-centric maintenance strategy, explicit communication with the General Manager, guests, and in office contractors, and reporting progress to stakeholders while maintaining WHS compliance.
