The Metropolitan Remand Centre in Melbourne hosts a full time, fixed-term role as an assessment and transition coordinator - mental health. The Victorian Government invites applicants committed to helping prisoners with complex mental health needs access care and plan for release.

You will assess risks and needs, coordinate with health teams and community services, connect prisoners to mental health and substance support, lead sessions, and maintain records to improve services across Victoria.
