Metro Trains Sydney is seeking an experienced Operations & Rail Safety Trainer to join the Learning & Development team. You'll deliver rail operations and Rail Safety Rules training and conduct competency assessments to ensure staff have the skills to work safely.

This hands-on role requires a rail operations background, robust communication and the ability to translate complex procedures into practical training, plus involvement in readiness, service changes and continuous improvement.
