Everyday Independence is seeking a Youth Lead Practitioner to support adolescents and young adults with disabilities across Newtown. You will coordinate a multidisciplinary youth team, manage NDIS therapy packages, and work closely with families to drive educational, personal, and social outcomes.

The role offers formal PD opportunities, supervision, and a structured mentoring environment. A relevant qualification and current registration are essential, with adaptable full time/part time options
