About the Candidate

We're on the lookout for an experienced recruiter who's confident in engaging new clients and candidates, has strong negotiation skills, and is eager to work in Brisbane's booming building industry alongside our civil and construction teams.

In this role, you'll focus exclusively on recruiting White Collar positions and partnering our existing portfolio of clients and new clients. If you're driven, commercially minded and ready to make an impact in a high-demand sector,



this is the role for you!, The successful candidate will be a quick learner with a sense of urgency who thrives under pressure and demonstrates initiative. To be considered for this role you must have:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a recruitment role.
Sound judgement, decision making and problem solving capability
Desire to be part of and contribute towards a great team culture
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask
Intermediate skill level across Microsoft Excel and Word
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to plan ahead
Enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude
Solid attention to detail
