ALH Hotels' Coolum Beach Hotel is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the floor across our newly refreshed coastal dining spaces. You’ll own daily restaurant and bistro service, ensure flawless guest experiences, and partner with the Executive Kitchen team to maintain high standards.

You bring proven leadership in high-volume venues, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to coach front-of-house teams. RSA certification is required, and you’ll thrive in a busy, agile seaside setting.
