Cater Care operates the Red Rooster outlet at Brisbane Domestic Airport. We are seeking a passionate Restaurant Manager who can lead a hospitality team, drive sales, manage costs and uphold food safety and service standards.

You will champion outstanding customer experiences, mentor staff and maintain a positive culture in a rapid-paced setting, with a Monday–Sunday roster. Experience in hospitality leadership is essential.
