The Standard Market Company – Southport QLD is launching a brand-recent premium Seafood offering at Ferry Road Markets. We are seeking a Seafood Chef to join a Casual 25-hour a week role at our Southport location, delivering a premium seafood experience with high kitchen standards.

You will prepare and cook fish and chips using fresh, premium seafood, maintain quality and presentation, and manage fryer operations while upholding food safety standards in a rapid-paced setting.
