Customer Service Representative –Logistics Industry

Ongoing Part-Time Role | Monday to Friday | 12:00pm – 5:00pm

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Customer Service Representative to join a fast‑paced warehouse environment working with a global industry leader.

This is an ongoing part‑time prospect offering consistent weekday hours and a supportive team culture. As the first point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations within the warehouse and distribution team.

Key Responsibilities
Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
Processing orders and updating customer information
Liaising with warehouse staff regarding deliveries and dispatch
Managing data entry and administrative tasks




Providing professional and efficient customer support
Assisting with general operational coordination

What We're Looking For
Previous customer service or administration experience
Solid communication and organisational skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse workplace
Good computer and data entry skills
Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented attitude
