NSW Health in Forbes is seeking an Aboriginal Health Worker for a temporary part time role based at Forbes Primary & Community Health. The position is part of the Lachlan Health Service and involves working across Forbes and Parkes as needed.

You will provide primary health care in partnership with a multidisciplinary team, addressing physical, emotional, cultural, social and environmental needs of local Aboriginal community members. Adaptable schedule are typically 08:30 to 17:00.
