OneTerra is seeking a casual, door-to-door outreach worker to engage Aboriginal renters across Melbourne Metro and Bayside Peninsula, explaining the Homes Victoria gas-to-electric upgrade program and assisting residents to sign up.

You will visit homes, discuss advantages, and handle sensitive conversations with care while recording visit outcomes and coordinating with the field team. Car supplied; no entry to homes. Onboarding first weeks before independent work.
