Matt's Mowing & Contracting SA specialises in large-scale civil/commercial mowing, slashing and spraying jobs across South Australia. We are looking for a casual operator or operations assistant to join our team. Hours will range from 30 to 45 per week and overtime/living away prospects may be available to the right candidate.
Key responsibilities
Tractor slashing and front deck mowing
Weed control (spraying)
Brush cutting and chainsawing
Traffic control/fire cover duties
General equipment maintenance
About you
Reliable, hard-working, adaptable and willing to learn on the job
Enjoys working on various jobs across multiple job sites
Prior experience in machinery operation and maintenance, traffic control, slashing and/or weed control desirable
White Card desirable
ChemCert or Pest Management Technicians Licence desirable
TC1/TMI1 or TC2/TMI2 Traffic Management desirable
MR or HR Truck Licence desirable
Please note: The successful applicant(s) must hold a current SA driver’s licence, have at least two years of driving expereince, and will be required to provide a current National Criminal History Record Check, issued within the past 12 months. An initial twelve-week probation period will apply.
