Health & Wellness Programs Manager
TheLifeCo_Sharm – Egypt

We are seeking a qualified health and wellness skilled to lead the delivery of integrated health optimization, nutrition, weight management, detox, and healthy-lifestyle programs at TheLifeCo Sharm.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Clinical Nutrition, Dietetics, Medicine, Nursing, or another relevant health science discipline. Spa Management, Hospitality, Fitness, or Yoga qualifications alone are not sufficient.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a medical wellness center, health optimization clinic, preventive health facility,



or specialized wellness retreat.

Solid knowledge of clinical nutrition, obesity and metabolic health, insulin resistance, therapeutic lifestyle interventions, and evidence-based wellness practices.

Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, clinical nutritionists, and wellness practitioners.

Ability to oversee personalized guest programs, health assessments, progress monitoring, safety protocols, and guest experience.

Excellent English communication and leadership skills.
