NCN Health Cobram Campus is seeking an experienced Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to lead the Acute & Urgent Care team. This fixed-term role covers 0.8–1.0 EFT, balancing clinical leadership with hands-on care in a busy unit.

You will oversee governance, patient flow and staff development while delivering person-centred, high-quality care. AHPRA registration and Bachelor of Nursing are essential; influenza vaccination is mandatory.
