Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll officer to oversee the end to end payroll function within a fast paced and growing organisation.

This role will suit a detail driven payroll professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys improving systems, ensuring compliance, and delivering an exceptional payroll service to the business.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full payroll cycle ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation including PAYG, superannuation, STP reporting and payroll tax obligations.
Lead payroll reporting, reconciliations and end of month processes.
Partner closely with Finance and HR to ensure accurate employee data and payroll processes.
Drive payroll process improvements and system efficiencies.

About You




You are a confident payroll professional with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
You bring solid experience managing payroll in a complex business environment and are comfortable working across multiple stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and payroll systems is essential.
Hands-on experience working with Employment Hero.
