About the Role

You’ll be at the heart of our member support and accounts function helping members stay on track while keeping our systems running smoothly.

Working alongside an experienced Collections Manager, you’ll be trained, supported, and set up with clear processes so you always know exactly what success looks like.

What You’ll Be Doing
Connecting with members to assist with overdue accounts
Taking payments and setting up simple payment arrangements
Following up accounts in a positive, respectful, and solutions-focused way
Keeping records accurate across internal systems




Contributing to daily and monthly team targets

Confident on the phone and comfortable speaking with people
Friendly, transparent, and professional communication style
Reliable, organised, and detail-driven
Basic computer and system skills
Customer service or call experience is a bonus but not required
