Lutheran Services’ Northridge Aged Care in Toowoomba is seeking a Creative Lifestyle Facilitator to bring arts, music, movement and storytelling to residents. You’ll design and run engaging activities that spark joy and connection throughout the day.

As part of a caring team, you’ll tailor individual and group activities to residents’ interests, support families and care staff, and help create a welcoming, inclusive community. Adaptable shifts and ongoing development are offered.
