IAG is hiring an Agentic Discovery Engineer to turn ambiguity into actionable direction by building agentic systems and prototyping workflows. You’ll work with Product, Platform and Outcome Leads to shape solution direction from the ground up, producing prototypes, prompts, and insights that scale with real-world validation.

This permanent hybrid role is based in Australia, with versatile options to work from Naarm (Melbourne) or Gadigal Country (Sydney).
