Penske Australia & Recent Zealand in Brisbane’s Wacol workshop is seeking a hands-on Leading Hand - Genset Upfit to mentor technicians and drive generator upfit projects. You’ll stay on the tools while coordinating daily activities, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery.

Reporting to the Production Centre Manager, you’ll lead a skilled team, troubleshoot complex builds, and implement continuous improvement within a contemporary facility.
