The Australian Taxation Office is seeking a Service Delivery Officer to provide high-quality service in a scheduled contact centre. You will help clients meet their tax, superannuation and registration obligations by phone and online channels.

You will work as part of a team across multiple channels, applying policies, recording actions accurately and supporting continuous improvement. Placements are available in Burnie, Hobart or Perth.
