Healthcarelink Support in Hobart, TAS is seeking an experienced Behavioural Support Practitioner for a clinic-based role with adaptable work options. You will conduct behavioural assessments, develop and write support plans, and deliver interventions including 1:1 and group sessions in clinic, at home and at school settings.

Proficient NDIS registration is required, and you will work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team while effectively communicating with parents and carers.
