Gillian Adams Day Spa in Sydney is seeking a talented, hands-on Chef to run our small kitchen with creative freedom. You’ll plan and deliver fresh, beautiful meals for guests, maintain costed menus and ensure high hygiene standards.

As sole chef, you’ll work independently, own menu development, stock management and budgeting, and have Sundays and Mondays off with no night shifts. This full time role offers steady employment in a unique day spa workplace with staff perks.
